Elaine Kiely has been a qualified and practising Physical Therapist since 2004 and qualified as a Systematic Kinesiologist in 2016. EKPTW was founded in 2005, with its private clinic opening in Coolock, Dublin 5.

Sport has been an integral part of Elaine Kiely’s life from an early age. She has represented Ireland at international level in both Badminton and Softball, earning her first Senior Badminton Cap at the age of fourteen, and was selected three times to play in the ESF Softball National Championships between 2004 and 2008.

Elaine has also added a variety of related qualifications including Occupational First Aid, Kinesiotaping, Dorn Method, Spinal Manipulation, IASTM, Medical Acupuncture, Orthotic Prescription & Pregnancy Massage. Elaine lectured at the Institute of Physical Therapy for 5 years, teaching a range of modules in the area of Diagnosis, Practice & Technique to second-year students.

EKPTW has also worked with a number of teams across a variety of sports including the Japan National Women’s Cricket team, the Raheny Women’s Gaelic Football Senior team and the Clontarf Men’s Senior Rugby team.

In her spare time, Elaine enjoys spending time with her family, reading and watching musicals.
